We Come From Far, Far Away

Using live music, storytelling, clowning, comedy, shadow puppetry and a small tent, this show tells a big story in a beautifully intimate way.

About the Show

Inside a traditional Mongolian yurt there is a small tent, and inside this tent there is a boy. He is called Abdullah, and he comes from Syria. Abdullah has travelled a long way, mostly on his own. He can show you the things he has brought with him and he can tell you the reasons for his journey, but he can’t tell you where the story ends.

Using live music, storytelling, clowning, comedy, shadow puppetry and a small tent, this show tells a big story in a beautifully intimate way.
