Making Immersive Work for Young Audiences

Baboró festival venues require that all patrons over the age of 18 must be fully vaccinated, or recovered within 180 days of an event, as per current government Covid-19 guidelines.On entry to the venue patrons must present:

  • Their Covid-19 vaccination certificate or
  • A valid Covid Recovery Certificate (within 180 days prior to attendance of an event)
  • A valid ID

All patrons over 13 must wear a facemask during events.

Learn how to create immersive narratives that empower young people to awaken their creativity in this fun and interactive masterclass. Hosted by Punchdrunk Enrichment’s Associate Director Tara Boland, participants will explore how to build an immersive narrative through a series of exercises and dive into the principles that the company uses when creating work for young people in both educational and public settings.

Suitable for artists, practitioners, and theatre makers who are interested in learning more about Punchdrunk Enrichment’s approach to making work for young audiences. All levels of experience welcome. Over 18s only.

Attendees are asked to dress comfortably and bring water and a packed lunch.
