Parenting Artists' Cuppa

Sun 15 Oct

Are you an artist or creative making work for young audiences? Are you also a parent?

Come along, with or without your children, to an informal networking event hosted in partnership with MÁM West member Johanne Webb. This event is open to people at all at stages of their parenting and career journey, and to children of all ages and energies.

A chance to chat, share experience, network or just hang out! There will be toy boxes for the little ones and refreshments for the grown ups. Arrive late, leave early or drop in briefly!

Johanne Webb is a performer, director, writer and Family Constellations facilitator. She is passionate about inclusion, and is committed to creating spaces for all people to feel belonging. She is a proud member of MÁM West, a branch of Mothers Artists Makers (MÁM) which began in 2016 in response to “ Waking the Feminists”. It is a feminist movement created by mothers who are professional members of the creative industries in Ireland. Its role is to provide child-friendly spaces for people to meet, network and create; to advocate for parenting artists for policy change and more family friendly practices in the industry, and to provide support and information.
