What to Do on a Rainy Day is a story about Grace, a young Brazilian girl who moved to Ireland with her family and is learning to adapt to a new life in the grey weather. With the help of her new friends, she will discover many colourful ways to find joy on a rainy day.
Children and their adults are invited to interact and be part of this experience which includes storytelling, puppet making and playtime. What to Do on a Rainy Day is an invitation to multilingual families to immerse themselves in a playful and magical world celebrating language and culture.
Artist Fernanda Ferrari was a participant in Baboró’s LEAP Artist Support Programme.
This project was developed with the support of the South Dublin County Council, Dept. of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport, and Media and Mother Tongues.
