When Booking a Show

Age Guidelines are provided to ensure the best possible experience for your child and others attending. Please trust us and adhere to these guidelines. Children under 12 must be accompanied to events by a guardian.

When booking, please tell the box office staff of any Special Needs and Seating Requirements.

Children aged 0-12 months can attend a show for free whilst accompanying an adult, unless the show is specifically for this age group, then a ticket price applies.

Please arrive early to your venue. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time at the festival. Please consider traffic and where you are going to park before your event. Arriving 20 minutes before your event should give you time to relax before the event. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of management.

We have special performances where some shows may be brightly lit or have reduced capacity to reduce any anxiety that families may have. See Relaxed Performances for more information.

We highlight Recommended Performances to help special needs schools and groups with making their selection.
