Our delegate programme is open to arts industry professionals, creatives, artists, educators and anyone interested in creative work for children, here in Ireland or internationally.

Booking performances and other events

Delegate Passes can no longer be purchased for this year's programme. If you wish to book tickets to performances, talks and workshops taking place during the festival, these can now be purchased through the main festival Box Office here on our website, subject to availability. 
 

What's included

A Delegate Pass will give you access to delegate-only events, including networking opportunities, sharings, creative sessions, and social evenings. 

As a delegate, you receive a Delegate Pack prior to the festival which includes details of the programmed artists and companies as well as other helpful information to prepare you for your festival experience. A Delegate List with names and details of fellow attendees will also be made available in advance of the festival to help you connect and stay in touch both during and after your visit to Galway.
