Join chef JP McMahon for a fun and interactive workshop where he will tell you about the history of butter making and go through the ‘how to’ and science behind making butter. Each participant will make butter to take home with them.
JP is passionate about food education for children and is very much looking forward to welcoming the group to Aniar as part of Baboró.
JP McMahon is a chef, restaurateur and author. He is the owner and culinary director of Michelin-starred Aniar Restaurant, award-winning Spanish restaurant Cava Bodega and he also runs the Aniar Boutique Cookery School and opened Kombu Ramen & Bao Bar in July 2025.
JP is committed to the educational and ethical aspects of food, to buying and supporting the best of local and free-range produce, and engaging directly with farmers and producers. JP is the founder of one of the biggest and most talked about international food events in Europe, Food on the Edge. He is passionate about food education for children.
