Music Generation Galway City is a performance music education programme for children and young people in Galway City that provides opportunities for over 3,500 children and young people to access a range of high-quality, subsidised vocal and instrumental experiences in over 50 schools, youth-clubs and afterschool locations across Galway City. It is managed and funded locally by the Galway Roscommon Education and Training Board, Galway City Council, Galway City Partnership, CYPSC TUSLA, Foróige, Youth Work Ireland and Involve.
Music Generation is Ireland’s national music education programme, which transforms the lives of children and young people by giving them access to high-quality performance music education in their local area.
