Join chef JP McMahon for a fun and interactive introduction to food, flavour and the stories behind what we eat. Children will be presented with the opportunity to touch, smell and taste a range of foods including seaweeds, sea herbs and shellfish learning about how they can be prepared and preserved.
JP is passionate about food education for children and is very much looking forward to welcoming children to Cava Bodega as part of Baboró.

JP McMahon is a Galway chef, restaurateur and author. He is owner and culinary director of Michelin-starred Aniar Restaurant, award-winning Spanish restaurant Cava Bodega and he also runs the Aniar Boutique Cookery School. JP opened Kombu Ramen & Bao Bar in July 2025.
