Patricia Forde is an award winning children’s author and former Laureate na nÓg. She writes in Irish and in English and  publishes across all age groups from picture books to YA.

She is happiest in her native Galway, unlike her books, who travel happily all over the world.

D’fhás Bridget Bhreathnach aníos i Ros Muc, Conamara, áit a raibh scéalta agus amhráin mar chuid den saol. Scríbhneoir agus iriseoir í, agus tá cónaí uirthi anois i nGaillimh lena fear céile, a dtriúr páistí, dhá ghadhar, agus faoileán glórach ar an díon a cheapann gurb é féin a rug é féin!
