At Baboró we believe in thanking everyone for not only the little things, but also the big things. Do you ever wonder who posts all of our wonderful content on our Facebook Page? Well, it is actually our wonderful volunteer Digital Marketing Assistant Niamh Frehill. We were delighted to nominate Niamh for a Mayors Award, as a small token of our gratitude for her wonderful contribution to our team.

Niamh has been volunteering with us since the Summer of 2016, dedicating endless hours to working on our social and digital media plan. She plays a vital role in supporting our small team, and meeting our marketing and communications strategy would not be possible without her.

Throughout her time with us, Niamh has dedicated her efforts to improving our social media platforms, Facebook and Twitter in particular. She also designed and executed a new digital marketing plan. Have you noticed that there is now more useful information on our Facebook Page? Or, that we have a newly designed YouTube Channel where you can watch videos of past festivals?

But that is not all, you may have seen on our Facebook page or Website that we recently launched our 2017 Publicity Video Campaign. Niamh was the main lead in the creation of this fantastic video. She worked with the filming team throughout the festival to gain footage, oversaw the editing process and was instrumental in the creation of this final product.

Niamh’s time with us has resulted in Baboró reaching new audiences and educating them about our mission. Her selfless and vital contribution to our team has aided our aim to bring the arts to children no matter what their circumstances may be. She is a dream volunteer and we are so grateful. So thank you Niamh, from all at Baboró, for everything you do both big and small.
