The Breaking Ground Bursary is part of The Wonder Collective in partnership with Rosán Sensory Adventures, aimed at supporting artists interested in making new work for children with additional needs.

This bursary and mentorship programme is currently supporting four artists who receive:

• A bursary of €4,000 to be used towards their artistic development of their practice locally or abroad;
• A Delegate Pass for Baboró Festivals in October 2023 and 2024 in Galway, including reimbursement of travel costs to and from the festival;
• Access to a community of artists and industry professionals to support them in the development of their practice and/or project concept;
• The opportunity to participate in Baboró Festival 2024 which will have a focus on work for children with additional needs.
