A heartfelt thank you to every child, parent, guardian and teacher who came to the festival to help us celebrate 30 years of Baboró, Galway's dedicated international festival for children. This is your festival, and it’s an absolute joy to share it with you.

During 10 wonderful days in October the children of Galway enlivened our streets, theatres and galleries as they encountered a range of theatre, dance, puppetry, music, film and literature events and workshops with their families and schools. Innovative artists brought the festival directly into classrooms, school halls and even a hydro pool to ensure we reached as many children as possible. For many it was their first Baboró experience and we look forward to welcoming them back year after year.

To the incredible artists, casts and crews from Belgium, England, France, Germany, Spain and throughout Ireland - thank you for sharing your creativity and generosity with Baboró audiences. And to our festival team and volunteers whose energy, dedication and care make the magic happen, we remain incredibly grateful.

Last, but by no means least, thanks to our funders, partners and supporters who make it possible to deliver a festival that connects children, artists, families, schools and communities through accessible and free arts experiences. We couldn't do it without you!
